The Learning Gardens

Where Learning Comes Naturally

The Learning Gardens  advance the appreciation of nature through hands-on environmental education, green living, trail building and gardening in a city park.

The Learning Gardens are unique outdoor learning laboratories designed to provide exceptional learning experiences, and to inspire lifelong environmental and community stewardship. The Learning Gardens are  a cooperative effort between Rio Bravo Wildlife Institute and the city of Brownsville Parks and Recreation Department
